The compendium keeps the digest. The exploration notes live in nudges/ and are not work records. Assistant: grok Assistant-Session: 01a106a5-fc07-78c2-b64f-8e04cea25daf

# Nudges
Raw ideas to maybe explore later. A nudge is a note. Work starts only when someone deliberately writes an intake or a workplan. Nothing in this directory is scheduled, assigned, or synced to State Hub.
Each note names the context it came from. When an idea is taken up, leave the note here and add one line saying which work record received it.
