Implemented source capture with retained artifacts and reviewed price observations; produced a source-backed comparison with explicit absent benchmark/access evidence. Implemented executable selection, eligibility, ranking, scenario economics, immutable outcomes, Wilson bounds and frozen historical replay. Configured and ran daily/weekly jobs and installed the local user timer; service exited successfully. Validation: 21 tests, isolated advisor demo, retained source integrity and real report replay.
