Capture the chapters and the named papers

Derived from compendium/04-socher-eureka-machine.md §5, "Keep this lead in the compendium until the book is a capture."

The compendium lead rests on the operator's Gemini share and on Rajiv Pant's review of an advance copy. A later reading would capture chapter 8 and the final chapter from a source the operator holds, then the papers that review already names, and append a correction to the lead. The 13 September maps stay as they are.
