Bootstrap evidence — 2026-09-13

  • Both source archive SHA-256 checks pass against history/MANIFEST.json.
  • make check: seven behavior tests passed; core files and empty operational ledger valid.
  • make demo: isolated synthetic record, duplicate import, daily draft and weekly draft passed.

Statehub projection

Repo Manager rmgr sync --path . --push returned ok: true, status: applied. The receipt identifies primary / railiance01 and binds expected and derived commit ed10eeaf02041bc6f08f3a045f40a9bfb0220c30. Git reported ahead=0, behind=0. Three workplans were created with deterministic identifiers. Direct REST readback confirmed IR-WP-0002 and its three tasks, including their file-backed statuses.
