Intelligence Radar
Epistemic observatory and task-specific machine intelligence capability and economics advisor.
The initial operational version combines a Compendium, a manually curated Radar, and an on-demand Capability Advisor (also called Task Router). Read INTENT, current goal, and scope.
Run locally
Requires Python 3.11+ and Make. No service, API key, or package installation is needed.

make demo exercises an isolated temporary ledger using synthetic evidence.
For real work, follow the runbook: capture source evidence,
record an observation, produce a dated digest draft, review it, and evaluate tasks
with the routing method and ticket.
The CLI supports recording and validating evidence and drafting daily/weekly digests.
Model ranking and task calibration are currently analyst workflows.
