requests were marked read; the FIAM request was unread at the recorded check.
Read status is not acceptance. There are no requested corrections to implement.
The offline brief was stale and has been regenerated from the current hub
projection. T01 needs the InfoTechCanon and FIAM boundary responses; T02 needs
Repo Manager adoption evidence before publication can be reassessed. Keep both
open and preserve draft status until those records arrive.
