Establish external federation acceptance and consumer adoption
The local mapping review and source-based consumer proof are complete. Stable promotion requires externally evidenced acceptance and adoption. This active plan records the remaining work without claiming control over peer backlogs.
Obtain upstream boundary acceptance
id: INTERFACE-WP-0004-T01
status: done
priority: medium
state_hub_task_id: "5111826f-b039-5fb3-a194-b5e00595c5b2"
Prepare peer-review material from the mapping and federation reviews. Record acceptance or requested corrections from the relevant owners and determine whether reciprocal cards or ownership-ledger entries are appropriate. Dependencies: peer review and authorization for any external coordination or peer changes. Done when accepted boundaries and their source records are recorded.
Record consumer-owned adoption and assess promotion
id: INTERFACE-WP-0004-T02
status: done
priority: medium
state_hub_task_id: "b9c8cedd-9aa0-5243-b3b5-880a3f0da9c9"
Use the Repo Manager example as review material; obtain a consumer-owned reference or another concrete adoption record. Reassess model/card status against both tasks' evidence and document the outcome. A local worked example alone is insufficient. Validation: source pins, federation schema, and named acceptance/adoption evidence.
Prepared review package — 2026-09-09
Review package contains three
owner-specific patches and exact request texts. Each patch passed
git apply --check against its target checkout. The completed migration project's
GOAL.md and README are pinned as evidence that its ledger is not a universal
registration gate for future canon extensions.
T01 and T02 remain waiting for actual owner responses. The user explicitly authorized messaging, and all three review requests were sent on 2026-09-09. Message IDs, timestamps, recipients, and exact sent bodies are retained in the delivery receipts. Next action: review replies, apply accepted corrections, and record owner evidence. Model/card publication remains draft 0.1.1. No peer checkout was changed.
Open-task check — 2026-09-09
The repository files and Statehub projection both contain two open tasks, T01 and T02, waiting for owner responses. Thread check found zero replies in all three request threads. InfoTechCanon and Repo Manager requests were marked read; the FIAM request was unread at the recorded check. Read status is not acceptance. There are no requested corrections to implement.
The offline brief was stale and has been regenerated from the current hub projection. T01 needs the InfoTechCanon and FIAM boundary responses; T02 needs Repo Manager adoption evidence before publication can be reassessed. Keep both open and preserve draft status until those records arrive.
Implementation from owner review — 2026-09-09
Acceptance report pins the committed FIAM owner record and documents the remaining evidence limits. FIAM accepted the 0.1.1 derivation without blocking corrections. InfoTechCanon's visible but uncommitted review prompted clarifications now implemented in draft 0.1.2: physical/device versus transport Port, explicit evidence interest and source capture, and the limits of Artifact/KnowledgeArtifact alignment.
T01 remains wait for InfoTechCanon's committed record; FIAM's part is satisfied.
T02 remains wait for consumer-owned adoption evidence. Neither task is closed
solely because request messages have been read. The source model and card stay
draft; prior review targets remain explicitly 0.1.1.
Validation: make check-sources, local YAML parsing, pinned interface-card schema, and model/manifest/card version agreement. No runtime code changed.
Consumer adoption implemented — 2026-09-09
T02 is done. Repo Manager's committed acceptance at
84df076e95ccafaccb1d8f9ef0878da4cf9278a7 is pinned in the
acceptance report. The example now
states the client/provider validation boundary and the limits of idempotency-header
evidence. The federation card records scoped adoption at reviewed version 0.1.1.
Publication was assessed and remains draft 0.1.2: documented adoption does not itself imply stable approval. T01 still waits for InfoTechCanon's committed record; its checkout contains review text but no containing commit at this check. FIAM's committed acceptance already satisfies its portion. No new residual task is needed.
Validation: source-integrity checks, local YAML and pinned card-schema validation, plus workplan/index status consistency. No runtime implementation changed.
Final completion — 2026-09-09
T01 is done: InfoTechCanon's acceptance is committed at
f921e5a543db8da49781bd560d303f780623d204 and pinned with SHA-256 in the
acceptance report. Its clarifications
were already implemented in 0.1.2. FIAM acceptance and Repo Manager adoption are
also pinned; T02's publication assessment remains “draft 0.1.2.” All owner review
pins retain their requested 0.1.1 target and agent-review scope.
Both tasks and this workplan are complete. No implementation residuals remain. Future stable promotion or source changes are separate demand-driven work; no new workplan is created merely because the publication outcome is draft. Earlier waiting-state notes above are chronological evidence superseded by this section.
Validation: all source pins, document links, YAML parsing, pinned card schema, acceptance-manifest paths, and workplan/index completion agree. Shared imports and the original FIAM standard pins were preserved.
