  • A kernel/models/standards layout, canon manifest, examples, and federation card.

Out of scope

  • Forking FIAM schemas, its reference implementation, or conformance rules.
  • Runtime discovery, telemetry ingestion, architecture catalog services, or policy execution.
  • Redefining generic identity, evidence, governance, software, or network concepts.
  • Claiming cross-repository ownership transfers or reciprocal adoption without review.

Current state

Draft 0.1.0 derives its vocabulary from FIAM v0.2 Draft 6 and the frozen Core. No local standard or runtime service is published. Source pins and unresolved mapping boundaries are explicit. Follow-up review is tracked in INTERFACE-WP-0003.
