A lldap_strict_readonly account changes its own password with its own token
on the pinned LLDAP and cannot change another account's, so the pilot needs

Executor credentials declared (planned) with executor_subject; service-identity
gains convention executor (SI-15: approved-only grants, no person, not
interactive) and --admissions, checking that an admission's ceiling lies inside
the executor's declared grants (pilot covered). RBAC in sso-mfa/k8s/bounded-executor
(not applied): ServiceAccount without automount, a Role limited to the authelia
Deployment and ExternalSecret, no read of credential objects; tests tie Role,
declaration and pilot ceiling. The pilot example's delivery check now reads the
ExternalSecret status. railiance-apps and glas-harness answers recorded (T02).

Standard, schema and validator for the founder's admission of one bounded
executor run: exact plan by digest, window by risk class, SI MODE @ SCOPE
ceiling with least-privilege coverage, blast radius by consumer, named
source-pinned checks, revert per mutating step, budget, single use, and the
NK-WP-0040 receipt. check-approval verifies a carrier record (Approval
Engine or founder SSH signature): aal2 human approver, not the executor,
consumed at most once in the window. Examples express the bind split;
step 10 is refused as human-intrinsic. 22 tests; make targets; tool index.

Third founder setup run stopped at /token/init. Reproduced on the pinned
privacyIDEA 3.12.2: an admin policy with action '*' enables
totp_force_server_generate, so a supplied otpkey is silently replaced and
verify_enrollment then fails with ERR905. setup now enrolls with genkey=1,
takes the seed from the enrollment response (memory only), confirms with a
code, and writes PASSWORD and TOTP_SEED to KV (CAS=0) last. Failed receipts
kept as evidence.

The first founder setup run stopped in phase absent (no change made):
listing tokens by a user that does not resolve yet is an error in
privacyIDEA. Ownership is now read from the token found by serial, and
pi-admin login, privacyIDEA requests and the LLDAP admin login refuse with
their own reasons. Failed receipt kept as 00-setup-refused-absent.json.

stack.py starts LLDAP, privacyIDEA (pi_fixture.py in its image), Authelia
and KeyCape from the repository manifests on a throwaway 127.0.0.1-only
network and runs the journey: healthy passes at aal2; svc-authelia fails
closed at first factor, svc-keycape at the token exchange, svc-privacyidea
at the OTP check - the latter only after privacyIDEA's resolver cache
(CACHE_TIMEOUT 120, as live) expired. Each scenario passes again after
restore. Runner: corrected bind-to-step mapping, host_map_only,
min_time_step for privacyIDEA's TOTP replay guard.

Stdlib runner that signs a synthetic user in through KeyCape (PKCE, aal2),
Authelia first factor and the privacyIDEA-backed OTP challenge, verifies the
ID token (RS256 via JWKS, assurance aal2/otp) and writes a value-free receipt
naming the first failed step and the bind on it. 26 tests with per-bind fakes
run in the identity-provider journey acceptance workflow.
Founder decision 2026-10-31: real pinned images for the synthetic stack (T08),
synthetic user and seed in OpenBao (T09), unattended live run (T10).

bind-lane svc-privacyidea (CCR-2026-0055) has no workload reader. Setup and
verify prove the value is current by an LLDAP sign-in as svc-privacyidea, fence
coding agents, write KV with CAS=0 and refuse any workload role.
realm_bootstrap.py --rotate-bind rewrites only BINDPW on the established
service bind, --from-openbao reads it in memory under the attended
platform-admin session, and an applied rotation requires --verify-user.
Lane tests: 20; realm_bootstrap tests: 102.

KeyCape takes KEYCAPE_LLDAP_BIND_PW (key-cape KEY-WP-0046). ESO creates the
dedicated Secret keycape-lldap-bind. bind-lane setup reads the current bindPW
from keycape-config and requires the svc-keycape bindDN; verify compares the
delivered Secret, and the config value while it is present.
directory-bind-rollout gains clear-password, which runs only with the service
bind and the delivered env (switch restores). deployment.yaml pins image
main-e2b5fa1 and adds the env. Nothing is applied.

bind-lane.py gains per-lane Secret keys. Authelia keeps its bind user in
authelia-config, so setup refuses unless the live configuration binds
uid=svc-authelia, and only the ldap_password key is decoded. The ESO manifest
merges ldap_password alone into authelia-secrets. The tests are parametrized
per lane (12). tools/service-binds is now listed in security-tools.json, which
fixes the index test that failed after the pilot.

the first capture after the 2026-10-30 bind split, operated by admin. Uncounted
attempts are kept with their causes. The drill document gains the OpenBao
platform-admin login that stage 1 silently requires. The LLDAP declaration moves
ld-admin and the svc-* binds to active and admin to human-only; SI-X1 is closed.
