Architecture

ops-hub is a Python tooling repo that extends Inter-Hub with VSM Operations (System 1) vocabulary, bootstrap clients, and gate probes. Inter-Hub remains the generic hub substrate; this repo owns domain-specific seeds, scripts, and library code.
