0a379cc209 MASON-WP-0015-T06: agent kubeconfig is cluster-admin (MASON-IN-0006) 
kubectl auth can-i shows system:admin can create ServiceAccount tokens,
pods and impersonate cluster-wide, so any OpenBao Kubernetes role can be
assumed. Recorded as an open intake for founder decision; nothing changed.

91c4e7b527 MASON-WP-0015-T04: structure-only AppRole build, post-build policy check 
build_approle_kv_lane no longer reads role-id or mints secret-id;
deliver_approle_credentials is the separate founder/applier step. New
policies are read back and compared before the role is written. The
Kubernetes build uses token_policies/token_ttl (legacy policies is denied
by ops-mason-construct).

9ef2a7031e MASON-WP-0014-T02: live survey; MAS TEM plan reviewed 
No existing lane reads platform/suppliers/scaleway/mas-tem-relay. The SMTP
ESO lanes read the IONOS mailbox and are not reused. The founder wrote the
TEM value (v2).

482a08b40e MASON-WP-0015-T03: deny comma-string token_policies in ops-mason-construct 
Live probe showed token_policies=workload-kv-read-x,default passes the
workload-kv-read-* glob as one string. Login denies held; this closes the
role-policy limit. Reinstall required.

fdc0e578c0 MASON-WP-0010-T01: review oidc-browser-relying-party materialization section 
Six refinements: fix the custody path in the type, reuse the
workload-kv-read-keycape-* policy family, template policy bodies, add the
ESO role, align catalog naming, collapse duplicate rollback steps.
T02 now waits on NK-WP-0048-T05. Also commits pending sync output
(WP-0009-T05 task id, WORK-RECORDS refresh).
