# Shared evidence model — 2026-09-05
CFED-WP-0001-T11 is implemented by InfoTechCanon INFO-WP-0020.
The registered draft itc-evid 0.1.0 owns Evidence, Evidence Source, Adjudication
Outcome and Evidence strength under accepted ADR-006 R3/R5/R7. It separates
addressable containers from interest-specific assertions, with commentary,
source/version traceability, contextual strength and invoice/adjudication examples.
The embedded-XML example distinguishes embedding from verified signature coverage
and semantic agreement. It is illustrative; no real signature was verified.
Governance now imports the pair, retaining its old section anchor and owning
AssuranceCase, AssuranceConclusion and Audit. The existing EvidenceBasis catalog
is unchanged: its quantity-origin application is distinguished from general
strength. Direct ownership claims in consuming models, CARING and Tagging are
corrected. Canon/infospace/artifact registries, kernel map, generated indexes,
retrieval briefs and the policy/control/evidence disambiguation agree.
No source research was deleted or redistributed. All 34 protected seed, catalog
and historical ITC workplan files match the adjacent SHA-256 snapshot. The donor
ledger still pins and verifies the original glossary. T05/T06 remain live for
identity/commerce imports, T07 for corpus distribution, T08 for interface cards.
Registration does not assert stable promotion or consumer adoption.
Reproduce in info-tech-canon: `make check` and `git diff --check`. The two focused
regressions in tests/test_evidence_boundary.py check single retrievable ownership
and reject live governance ownership lists reclaiming Evidence. Existing service
inventory counts increase by one artifact/model. New model links resolve.
Final check and publication receipts follow below.
Final `make check`: **38 tests passed**, generated artifacts current, canon
validation and small-saas profile validation passed. InfoTechCanon implementation
published at `a2b2547`. Native workplan UUID:
`2091f147-842b-5e79-8ae3-06ff8d0adccf` (finished, three tasks done).
Both repositories' required consistency runs passed with no automation errors
or assessment failures. Native advisory: the AGENTS extension prescribes INFO-WP,
while hub canonical-prefix metadata still says ITC-WP; the new record follows the
local file convention alongside INFO-WP-0019. Historical identifiers were not
rewritten. Consistency also indexed the existing ITC-IN-0001 intake without
changing its content. Progress was logged for both native and project workplans.
