Unattended dogfood acceptance and founder-load envelope (G3–G4)

Goal

1. G3: Package acceptance evidence that at least one end-to-end Green/Blue loop runs unattended with audit trail (already largely built in BINKY-WP-0004/0006).
2. G4: Define and start a ≥30-day founder-load measurement against the 1–3 h/day + ~2 OH days/month envelope.

Parent goal: 79a2b057-…. Depends on foundation maps; can run in parallel with UPC-WP-0002 after T01 evidence folder exists.

Specify founder-load measurement (what counts, log location, Red exceptions) in a short design note under architecture/ and ensure a live residual or child intake in binky-control owns ongoing logging.

Progress (2026-09-28): design note at architecture/founder-load-measurement.md. Blocked: the binky-control residual/intake that owns the log is outside this repo and not yet created.

After ≥30 days of measurement (or first checkpoint), update gate-map G3/G4 and prepare founder decision packages for S3 / load-budget claims.

Blocked (2026-09-28): T02 needs a binky-control write; T03 needs ≥30 days of measurement that cannot start before T02's residual exists.
