Tracker moves from 'slipped, unscheduled' to a fixed date, with the Sunday caveat recorded: OH-2026-001 has a human counterparty whose office is closed, so the expected outcome is 4/5 closed + StB mandate awaiting reply, not 5/5. Authoritative OH records live in `binky-control/OfficeHourQueue.md`. This file

only tracks **status for project gates** and pointers. Do not paste secrets,
|
||
API keys, or full OH body text here.

||
item with a human counterparty, and the Bohle-Horsmann office is closed on a
|
||
Sunday. 001 is therefore *dispatched* (email sent first thing in the afternoon,
|
||
landing for Monday morning) rather than closed; 002–005 are all self-service
|
||
digital and can close the same day. RISK-006 moves to “awaiting counterparty
|
||
reply”, not “mitigated”. Follow-up slot **Tue 2026-08-18** if no reply.
|

**Closing rule:** when an OH item is `done` or deferred with residual in

||
