Goal

Coordinate G5 (external offer published) and G6 (first paid revenue) without owning sales delivery code. G7 (repeatable path) is residual to product repos after first sale.

Prefer starting after G1 vessel is credible (UPC-WP-0002) so public claims match admin reality.

Blocked (2026-09-28): no task is doable inside this repo. T01 needs a Yellow package written into binky-control's DecisionQueue (none exists; the queue has no OK Audit publish entry); T02/T03 follow publish and a sale. Public claims should also wait on G1 (UPC-WP-0002).
