First external offer and paid revenue path (G5–G6)

Goal

Coordinate G5 (external offer published) and G6 (first paid revenue) without owning sales delivery code. G7 (repeatable path) is residual to product repos after first sale.

Prefer starting after G1 vessel is credible (UPC-WP-0002) so public claims match admin reality.

Blocked (2026-09-28): DEC-2026-006 was approved as recommended on 2026-09-28 (preparation only). T02/T03 now wait only on the publish gates (IP, domain, Impressum, G1 via UPC-WP-0002).
