queues, evidence pointers, status, and blockers. **Link by ID only** — task
|
||
lists live in the owning repos.

## Update rule
|
||

When a child workplan finishes or an OH/DEC item closes, update **Status** and
|
||
**Evidence** here (or via a dated note under `inventory/`). Do not expand
|
||
child task prose into this map.
|
