Compiler derives exactly two structure-object bodies from pinned owner CCR and

|
policy source; independently pinned consumer catalogue is loaded by its actual
|
|
validator/defaults and matched to CCR id/path/fields. Closed request/immutable
|
|
plan requires exact action/kind/catalogue/CCR/six-call hashes and opaque canonical
|
|
sha256 request digest, and re-derives fresh source/body bytes before every call.
|
|
40 offline tests pass including K8s/OIDC derivation, owner/root-policy/catalogue
|
|
mismatch, unconfirmed/notapproved/applied refusal, body/path/method/ordinal
|
|
substitution, forged plan, source drift, duplicate keys and source file alias/mode
|
|
refusal. Actual CCR42 is in_flight and has no eligible catalogue; nothing is
|
|
invented/admitted. Tests alter owner metadata solely in isolated synthetic trees.
|
|
This completed bounded own record precedes maker receipt/independent review;
|
|
T01 audit scope and managed IDs retained, no earlier native grant borrowed.
|
|
ParentT12 stays open: authenticated initiator/PIP/service/PDP/claim/consume,
|
|
full ExecutionContract matching with authoritative grant/baseline/estate/deadline,
|
|
journal dispatch, restricted native adapter, token custody/revoke/cleanup and
|
|
owner-private unknown recovery are not implemented by this component. No native,
|
|
credential, Secret read, API access, owner checkout write or full adoption claim.

number or runtime binding invented. Existing CLI validates signature/issuer/

audience/expiry/requested scope but not exact coding subject/tenant/type/roles
|
|
or 900-second maximum: additional reviewed producer verification remains needed.
|
|
This bounded source preparation is completed before any formal owner agreement;
|
|
root must persist this record before that entry. Parent KEY39 native and RPF35
|
|
owner gates remain unchanged. No residual promotion, source policy widening,
|
|
Secret contents, credential/native call, owner checkout write or native grant.
