codex 26dd803410 Place the ESO audience under serviceAccountRef (ESO v1 schema) 
The server dry run rejected spec.provider.vault.auth.kubernetes.audiences. The
same audience, openbao, now sits under serviceAccountRef, as in openbao-reuse.
