Scope — rapp-playwright

As of 2026-10-13 this repository contains intent, demand analysis and proposed delivery workplans. The bootstrap covers planning, State Hub integration and a reuse-surface handoff. The user requested stopping at that boundary.

There is no implemented service, client command, browser image, package declaration, deployment, verified endpoint or browser run. No install, build, lint or UI-test command is available yet. Documentation and work-record checks are the applicable verification today.
