Added CORE-WP → core-hub, DISCTL-WP → disaster-control, and REPO-WP → repo-seed
to config/workplan-prefix-registry.yaml, as already declared by those owners.
Fleet prefix audits before and after are identical: none of these prefixes is
shared, misowned, or reused. Existing unrelated audit findings remain visible.
Full suite: 196 passed. The whynot-control instruction correction was tracked
by RMGR-IN-0002 (origin RMGR-WP-0004). On the same day, the user requested its
completion: commit 46fd95f in whynot-control replaces all five stale WHYNOT-WP
declarations and examples with WNCTL-WP. The focused prefix audit passes with
no findings. RMGR-IN-0002 is now closed; no residual remains for this task.
