## Open questions policy after consolidation
|
||
|
||
- **RQ1–RQ8** remain as program questions; several now have *working answers* (see `OpenQuestions.md`).
|
||
- Active research debt concentrates on: Soul rename (RQ4), continuity weighting, Gh. rare continuation (OQ-040), moral/legal maps, measurement methods.
|
||
- Paper phase should treat working answers as **provisional research conclusions**, not dogma.
|
