Custodian session closeout — 2026-10-12
The operator requested a final review of locally finishable work, no new work records, blocked states for remaining dependencies, and commit/sync before a Hall of Helix reflection. The wider security critical-path goal remains paused.
Review outcome
All root and archived workplans were inspected through their source metadata. No ready or proposed plans remain. Previously finished/archived plans have no unfinished task blocks; historic done/completed plans also have none. CUST-WP-0076 remains finished: its bounded operator-choice return was already recorded during this session, and does not imply native provisioning completion.
| Plan | Remaining tasks | State and reason |
|---|---|---|
| CUST-WP-0071 | T02–T05 | Blocked: representative pilot measurement, owner allocation review, accepted sizing, then repeatable weekly assessment. |
| CUST-WP-0073 | T02, T04, T05 | Blocked: harness/identity delivery and subsequent guidance; rotation is founder-deferred. |
| CUST-WP-0079 | T03–T06 | Blocked: schedule acceptance, policy-nexus publication, fleet generator adoption and one-week commit acceptance, and remaining attended actions. |
No additional task can be honestly marked done locally at closeout. The local part of CUST-WP-0079-T05 is implemented, but its explicit fleet/time-based acceptance remains unproven. It is now wait rather than progress.
Local repair and verification
make generated-commit-hook now recognizes both the exact existing local guard
and the configured shared guard, preserving other hooks and hook routing.
Regression tests use real Git and Make installations, repeat the installation,
and verify generated-only commits are rejected. All 88 Custodian tests pass.
The required consistency audit reported zero failures and zero automation errors; legacy identifier and routing warnings remain. It reconciled CUST-WP-0079 to blocked and T05 to wait. Two attempted generated-only commits were rejected by the guard. Its automatically regenerated brief and work-record index accompany this source review, rather than forming separate index-only commits.
The guided attended checklist already records CoulombCore inspection as no longer needed after founder retirement of that machine. The older T06 blocker text mentions it historically; no new restart or certificate action is needed. The checklist retains the actual unresolved founder acts and future ordered KEY39 token session.
No new tasks/workplans, credential issuance, estate rollout or schedule activation occurred during this closeout. The Hall of Helix seat carries the first-person reflection, canonical PQRST record and generated portrait.
