  1. Operation and Visible State: The batch import was accepted, but the visible cards are not refreshed. A new card draft is in progress. The cache read provides opaque version labels without ordering guarantees.

  2. Information and Policy Boundaries: The acceptance of the import is distinct from the freshness of the view. A failed refresh does not invalidate the accepted operation. The new card draft is separate from the import and its refresh.

  3. Recovery Action and Rejected Alternative: Refresh the affected observations after the import's acceptance, while keeping the unfinished card draft separate. Do not rerun the import or replace the editor from the cache, as this would discard the in-progress draft and potentially re-introduce already accepted work.

  4. Missing Contract: There is no documented read-after-write or server ordering contract, nor is there an authoritative result or subscription mechanism to avoid a separate fetch for current data.
