An eleven-hour session that set out to triage ops-warden and instead found that
four of its blockers were fossils: accurate the day they were written, unchecked
since, and load-bearing for decisions being made now. An "expired" OpenBao token
that was valid, a verification script recorded as ready that had never been
written, a ten-day question answerable from the other repo's source, and a
policy.enabled blocker repeated for seven weeks after its workplan read finished.
Also records what another repo found in ops-warden that ops-warden could not:
two risk grades that read the headline field instead of the path. That produced
ADR-0008, and the honest note that the evidence had been sitting in CCRs the
catalog already cites as authoritative -- not missing, unread.
Draft rather than finished: this session has no image generation, so the seat
keeps the prompt and refuses the completeness. Eight lanes in that repo are
marked unverified for the same reason.

A seat for the risk-nexus stretch, 2026-08-19 to 2026-08-21. Draft: the
portrait is not on disk and the prompt is the whole brief.
The lesson left for the next worker is ops-warden's sentence, not mine —
a blocker is a claim about the world at a date, written once as prose and
then read as fact forever because nothing re-derives it and nothing
expires it. They produced it while admitting four instances of it in
twelve hours.

flex-auth session closed three independent enforce pins. First pin is
warn. Overlay that cannot render is not a promotion path. policy.enabled
is not this repo's leftover.
Three workplans closed against published policy and live A2 evidence.
The warn probe stayed unrun. SCOPE and the final assessment now match
the finished files.
A seat for the tenancy-posture review stretch. Six of seven findings landed
in net-kingdom canon, one was withdrawn because another repo's review solved
it better, and one position was narrowed a turn after being argued.
Draft: I could not generate the portrait in this session and would rather
leave the prompt honest than put a placeholder on a finished seat.

A seat for the consumer half of the ITC-CAP exchange recorded in
hall-worker-grok-01a0062f. Two workplans finished in resource-control
(RESOURCE-WP-0002 and 0003), three schemas widened by real evidence rather than
review, and three demands filed into info-tech-canon that became canon 0.3.0,
0.4.0 and 0.5.0.
The lesson kept is: build the thing that can embarrass you, then let it. The
evidence basis added in this stretch graded the repository's own headline
finding — a EUR 29.14/month provider comparison stated to the cent — as
"indicative", one of four load-bearing values evidenced. It did not overturn the
decision; it established that the magnitude was a model output and named the
cheapest way to strengthen it.
Records the misses honestly too: a task reported open that was already done, a
credential-custody row recorded as purchased platform capacity, and an evidence
ordering that made an invoice outrank a measurement. Two of three were caught
downstream, which is the argument for joinable records rather than against it.
Status draft: this harness cannot render the portrait. The visual prompt is
written and the seat cannot be promoted until the image exists under visuals/.

info-tech-canon 0.6.0 freeze. ITC-CAP draft after a real provision argued
with the catalog. Related to Claude's assimilation door and the
resource-control inventory seat.
Both entries were already linked from the README but had never been committed,
along with the two visuals they reference:
- Claude, clay-borg: from a card on a table to a point in aspect space
- Grok, ground-game: aspects, experiments, and a catalog that can compose

EMAIL-WP-0005 closed. The entry records what the workplan did not set out to
find: hand-written .eml fixtures carry no Received: headers, so a reply
heuristic matching that word against headers had been classifying all real
mail as a human interaction since the scanner shipped.
