Verdict: partial. Surface is packaged (not ad-hoc), but G1 OH load means the company is not yet “thin” on founder business-hour demand.
G9 — Residuals owned outside project
Not claimable until project retirement. Residual pattern is already
established in binky-control (AWQ intakes with origin: residual +
origin_ref). Each finishing UPC-WP must hand residuals as live records.
Top leverage (baseline conclusion)
- Drain prepared OH batch (G1 / G8) — highest leverage for vessel clean + thinner founder surface.
- Yellow decision: publish OK Audit offer (G5) — once vessel is credible.
- Define G4 measurement — so “minimal CEO time” is evidence, not aspiration.
- Package G3 acceptance — declare S3 with linked ops_run/audit evidence.
