  1. Strengthened INTENT.md and SCOPE.md (tooling component, boundaries, parent project).
  2. Synced .repo-classification.yaml into State Hub via make -C ~/state-hub register-from-classification PATH=~/repo-manager → category tooling, domain infotech.
  3. Set hub description via PATCH /repos/repo-manager.
  4. Activated RMGR-WP-0001 (architecture and foundation).

Avoid

Do not re-run statehub register on this repo while RMGR-WP-0001 exists. The register bootstrap templates a second workplan with the same id (RMGR-WP-0001-statehub-bootstrap.md), which collides and creates an orphan hub workstream. Prefer:

make -C ~/state-hub register-from-classification PATH=/home/worsch/repo-manager
statehub fix-consistency

A spurious bootstrap workstream from the 2026-08-09 attempt was closed in the hub without a backing file.
