Checkpoint indicator catalog
Status: v0.1 (minimal, for setup runs). ASSEMBLY-WP-0010-T01 extends it to
full sensor bundles for all stocks (metrics/MetricsCatalog.md).
Jurisdictions: US, EU (with Germany where available), Argentina (the owner's hypotheses: the EU lags, Argentina may thrive). Add others only with a reason.
Mapping caveat: these indicators are proxies. None of them equals the model quantity. Band positions are judged from several proxies together, never from one.
