Verify the three proposed workplans cover contract, reproducible service/package, and independent consumer proof with dependencies and acceptance criteria. Validate links, work-record shape and absence of unresolved template placeholders.

Completed 2026-10-13: reviewed generated integration files and added the actual planning-only workflow to AGENTS.md. Synchronize all four workplans and their tasks, and verify repository, host path and work records in State Hub. Completed 2026-10-13: repository 23355f26-7ee1-4036-8c63-3ae78e3072bf registered under infotech/stack with tooling classification, Forge remote and host path. Repo Manager published and reconciled source revision 7331360 on primary railiance01; separate API readback verified all four plans and 13 task states. State Hub notification b6a965ed-c02b-49f2-9272-c234e7c8f6a1 persisted the final reuse-surface handoff after the earlier TAMQ message remained pending. WP-0002 through WP-0004 retain the unstarted delivery work; there is no runtime claim and no transfer of content-explorer's task ownership.
